How do I place my order?

To place an order:

  1. Add items to your shopping cart.

  2. Proceed to checkout via our website or choose PayPal.

  3. If using website checkout, click the “Checkout” button.

  4. If using PayPal, click the “PayPal” button.

You will be asked to enter:

  • Email address

  • Full name

  • Shipping address

If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field and click “Apply.”

Then click:

  • “Continue to Shipping Method”

  • “Continue to Payment Method”

Enter your payment details and confirm your order by clicking “Complete Order.”

You will receive:

  • An on-screen confirmation

  • A confirmation email with your Order Number

What if items are missing or incorrect?

If your order is missing items or you received incorrect products:

  1. Email us at service@skyuty.com

  2. Include your Order Number

  3. Provide photo proof (image size under 1MB)

We will reship the correct item at no additional cost.
You do not need to return incorrectly shipped items.


How do I know my order was successfully submitted?

You will receive a confirmation email containing your Order Number and purchase details.


Can I change my order?

Order changes are allowed on or before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order was placed.

How do I add items to my cart?

  1. Go to the product page.

  2. Select preferences (if applicable).

  3. Click “Add to Cart.”

  4. Adjust quantity as needed.

You may continue shopping or proceed to checkout.


How do I view my cart?

Click the Cart icon at the top of the page to:

  • View items

  • Adjust quantities

  • Remove products


How do I remove items from my cart?

  1. Click the Cart icon.

  2. Locate the item.

  3. Click “Remove.”

The cart will automatically update.


How do I change item quantity?

  1. Click the Cart icon.

  2. Adjust the number in the “Quantity” field.

  3. The total will update automatically.

  1. Add items and click Checkout

  2. Enter your details

  3. Enter your code in the “Discount” field

  4. Click Apply
